SHIPPING:
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 3pm will begin processing that day.
Non custom orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after payment is processed. All orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm will begin processing on the following Monday. Once you have made your payment you will receive your tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped.
Orders will only ship if billing and address match! Please be sure to provide the correct delivery address as you will be required to pay a second delivery charge if your order is returned undelivered. Thelynellcollection is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather conditions or holidays.
