All sales are final. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Custom Wigs, full lace, hair extensions, hair wear items, and jewelry cannot be refunded due to hygienic reasons.

We care about the quality of our products and services! We ask that you reach out to us about us about any concerns regarding a product or service within 3 days of receiving.

Services: All custom services are final! We as that if you have any concerns about a service that it be stated IMMEDIATELY after your service for a partial refund if needed. We offer custom repair services, for any Thelynellcollection units.

Ready to ship units: Please be sure that your unit measurements match those listed in the description of the specified ready to ship unit! All ready to ship units are final!

SHIPPING: Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 3pm will begin processing that day.

Non custom orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after payment is processed. All orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm will begin processing on the following Monday. Once you have made your payment you will receive your tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped.

Orders will only ship if billing and address match! Please be sure to provide the correct delivery address as you will be required to pay a second delivery charge if your order is returned. Thelynellcollection is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather conditions or holidays.
